About us
Taurus Ochrona Group was established in 2014, although its origins date back to 1991, when its founder – Maria Łęcka – began her operations. From the very beginning, we have specialized in providing security services and implementing innovative solutions in this area.
We provide services in the areas of physical security, monitoring, cash-in-transit, and fleet protection. We offer event security and management, intelligent security systems, as well as a modern monitoring service.
vPATROL – an intelligent security system that enables image analysis based on artificial intelligence algorithms.
vPATROL Tower – an intelligent security system utilizing mobile and autonomous monitoring towers.
Operating nationwide for the past 33 years, we have consistently met the expectations of even the most demanding clients. The quality of our services is confirmed by ISO certifications: 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001. We operate in accordance with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000 standard). We are committed to fair and honest business practices, which is why we hold one of the highest insurance policies in Poland – PLN 30 million.

Management Office Division
The primary goal of the Management Office Division is to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support in accordance with organizational standards and the Labor Code. Our team focuses on efficient documentation management, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, personnel and payroll administration, and the overall operation of the management office.

Development Division
We carry out standardization, improvement, and development projects. We analyze and modify IT systems, and oversee the standardization process in accordance with ISO standards. We audit and enhance internal processes, develop and implement system documentation along with the incidents management. We assess IT systems and optimize their performance. Additionally, we handle marketing and PR activities. Our responsibilities also include HR initiatives such as recruitment, employee competency development, and fostering team engagement.

Analysis and Accounting Division
We focus on optimalization and organization of the management processes, accounting and financial analysis. We collect, analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and company strategy. We oversee accounting operations, ensuring financial compliance with regulations. We provide accurate and timely service settlements, monitor receivables and maintain close cooperation with clients. Additionally, we are responsible for cost monitoring, preparing financial analyses and managing the debt collection process.

We are responsible for organization and execution of people and properties physical security. We provide comprehensive security services dedicated to events and all types of gatherings, including mass events.
