Cash-in-Transit Services
Convoy services are provided in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of September 7, 2010 (Journal of Laws 2010 No. 166 item 1128).
Our convoy offer includes, among others:
- escort for transporting/collecting cash to and from the bank,
- cash collection from premises to the bank,
- convoy services for cash and valuable items,
- convoying of firearms and ammunition,
- convoying of hazardous materials,
- convoying of classified documents,
- security for convoys and transports of special importance.
Each convoy is carried out based on a protection plan prepared and approved by the Administrative Proceedings Department of the Regional Police Headquarters, which includes alternative routes, group structure, action tactics, and security procedures in case of threats along the route.
The convoy team consists of the most experienced and trusted personnel with appropriate competences and qualifications (registered as qualified security staff and authorized to carry firearms), as well as superior psychophysical predispositions required for the tasks. Convoy personnel are equipped with firearms, direct coercive measures, personal protective equipment (bulletproof vests, helmets) and specialized cash-handling cases.
The convoy crew maintains constant radio communication with the Alarm Monitoring Center (CMA) and other Patrols and Intervention Groups ready to assist in emergency situations. Convoy vehicles are monitored in real time using the GPS Satellite Vehicle Monitoring System.
We have a specially secured TIER III level room for temporary storage of high-value items such as works of art or historical artifacts.
Our convoy and transportation services guarantee the highest quality and security of entrusted assets. We assume full responsibility for the protected property, holding the highest insurance policy in the Polish security industry, worth PLN 30 million.
