We provide monitoring services from one of the most advanced Alarm Monitoring Centers in Poland — Taurus Ochrona Monitoring Center (CMA) — located in the Exea building in Toruń, a Data Center certified as Tier III of Facility. This ensures the highest level of both physical security and cybersecurity for the data stored and processed by our clients and our company. The redundancy of all utilities and the multi-level security architecture enable uninterrupted service delivery.
An integral part of the alarm system monitoring service is the dispatch of a Patrol or Intervention Group in response to an incident. In areas where we do not operate our own teams, interventions are carried out nationwide thanks to our cooperation with a broad network of trusted partners across Poland.
If a threat analysis indicates such a need, or if it is requested by the Client, we are fully capable of deploying a dedicated Patrol or Intervention Group in the designated area.
Connecting alarm systems to our Alarm Monitoring Center entitles clients to use the Taurus Ochrona Online mobile applications as part of the paid subscription. These applications provide, among other features:
- remote control of the alarm system,
- access to all signals from the alarm system,
- editing contact information,
- using the mobile device as a emergency button,
- GPS location tracking of the mobile device in the event of a panic alert.
