Physical Security
Physical security is implemented based on developed protection plans and instructions including the risk and the threat analyses. Our analyses always consider feasible, effective and innovative technical security systems to minimize protection costs for our clients.
Comprehensive security of the protected site is ensured by the constant presence of qualified security personnel equipped with modern technical security systems, providing the highest level of safety.
To meet individual client needs, we assign personnel who possess:
- appropriate skills (e.g., English language, drone operation, client IT system operation, etc.),
- qualifications (registration as qualified security personnel, firearms permits, driver’s licenses, height work clearance, etc.),
- training in the specifics of the site and the execution of security tasks on that site,
- uniforms tailored to legal and client-specific requirements,
- necessary equipment for task execution, including personal protective gear, communication tools, firearms and direct coercive measures.
We care about our personnel’s appearance, providing uniforms suited to our clients’ needs and the specific site requirements.
We conduct ongoing monitoring of security personnel and deliver regular training using advanced technical resources supported by IT systems and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets), enabling clients to receive rapid electronic reports.
Supervision is performed by dedicated Physical Security Coordinators and Managers who carry out follow-up inspections to verify service quality.
The Active Guard/Active Track system enables real-time monitoring of personnel movement on-site, ensuring correct patrol execution while enhancing staff safety.
Crisis-response actions include dispatching Patrols or Intervention Teams, effectively neutralizing any attempted criminal activities on the premises.

- Elimination of employer obligations under the Labor Code and other regulations concerning staff employed directly by the Client. Reduced response time for deviations from duty schedules.
- Billing via deferred payment invoices (terms to be agreed), deductible as business expenses without constituting labor cost liabilities.
Transfer of liability from the Client’s employees to the external provider – each Physical Security Officer holds individual liability insurance for improper performance, entitling the Client to compensation in the event of breach by our company. - TAURUS OCHRONA holds liability insurance coverage of PLN 30 million, fully securing our Clients’ interests.
- Enhanced site security through: forwarding of alarm signals to our Alarm Monitoring Center for redundancy, implementation of technical safeguards supporting Physical Security Officers’ tasks and automatic presence and network test notifications.
- Additional safeguards: support from Patrol and Intervention Groups, 24/7 supervision and control by mobile Physical Security Coordinators – control frequency based on client needs and agreements, preventive signage on protected sites.
