Government and local administration bodies are an important part of public safety and order. Public administration plays a key role in the functioning of the state and the lives of its citizens. The protection of administrative and public utility facilities provided by our company involves ensuring the safety of both personnel and visitors, as well as continuous cooperation with security services.
We have the experience and adequate resources to protect public administration facilities, ensuring their uninterrupted operation. In accordance with the Public Procurement Law, we meet the highest standards required for tenders concerning the protection of public administration facilities, with documented experience supported by references and the industry’s highest insurance policy.
As part of the services provided on-site, our employees perform the following tasks:
- provide comprehensive assistance and information,
- control pedestrian traffic, preventing unauthorized access to the premises,
- prevent property damage and theft,
- supervise vehicle traffic on the protected area, conducting detailed verification and registration of vehicle entries and exits,
- conduct site patrols supported by modern technical systems, ensuring support from the Controller at the alarm monitoring center and an intervention group vehicle in case of a threat,
- monitor alarm systems (intrusion and fire detection) and CCTV to detect current threats.
